Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the contractual relationship between the customer and La Palma City Tours, with headquarters in La Palma, Canary Islands, in relation to tour bookings made through the official website or at the designated departure point.

1. Subject

1.1. These terms establish the conditions applicable to ticket validity, cancellation procedures, payment methods, and general provisions related to tour bookings offered by La Palma City Tours.

2. Ticket Validity

2.1. The purchased ticket will be valid exclusively for the date selected by the customer at the time of booking.

2.2. Date changes will not be accepted once the ticket has been issued, unless expressly authorized by La Palma City Tours.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. The cancellation of a booking by the customer will be subject to the following conditions:

• a) Cancellation on the same day as the tour: The customer will not be entitled to a refund (0%).

• b) Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour: The customer will be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.

• c) Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance of the start of the tour: The customer will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

3.2. The customer’s failure to show up on the agreed date and time will be considered a same-day cancellation, with no right to a refund.

4. Payment Methods

4.1. Payment for tickets can be made using the following methods:

• a) Secure online payment through the official La Palma City Tours website.

• b) Cash payment at the tour’s departure point.

• c) Bank card payment via a card terminal at the tour’s departure point.

5. Cancellations by La Palma City Tours

5.1. In the event of a tour cancellation by La Palma City Tours, whether due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, technical problems, or safety reasons), the customer will have the right to choose between:

• a) Rescheduling the activity for another available date, or

• b) A full refund of the amount paid.

6. Modifications

6.1. La Palma City Tours reserves the right to modify, update, or remove these terms at any time.

6.2. Any modification will be published on the official website and will be immediately applicable to new bookings made after its publication.
